How to do the service reset of the Fiat Marea DIY

Model: Fiat Marea MK 1 - Years 1996-2007

On the Fiat Marea, the reset of the Service warning is performed directly from the instrument panel as shown in the images. With the vehicle stationary, turn the ignition to MAR/ON without starting the engine. Access the maintenance menu/indicator visible on the display and use the illustrated control (button/dial) to start the reset of the oil/maintenance interval; confirm when prompted. Once the procedure is complete, check that the warning no longer appears and that the counter is set to the new deadline. If the reset is not accepted, repeat the sequence ensuring that the ignition is ON, the doors are closed, and the engine is off.
