The main steps of today will show us how to dismantle the gearbox and how to replace the clutch assembly of the Fiat 500 1.2. First, we lift the vehicle and start removing the front bumper by unscrewing all the fastening screws; then we disconnect the front driveshaft, subsequently unscrewing all the screws of the gearbox, as shown in the video. Once the transmission cover is removed, it will be possible to take out the clutch, using a jack to remove the entire gearbox; we replace and install the new original components.
