Let's see how to remove the pollen filter on the Fiat Qubo (Fiorino). Open the glove compartment and unclip the plastic guides (retaining screws), then rotate the glove box forward and remove it from the dashboard.

Pull off the cover plate acting as a cap and slide the air filter out of its housing (as shown in the video). Once this is done, insert the new air filter into the filter housing (make sure to insert the filter correctly without bending it). Finally, reassemble the cover of the box and all the components of the glove compartment as you disassembled them earlier.
