First, lift the vehicle and begin unscrewing the securing screws found on the lower cover of the engine to remove it; then unscrew the engine oil drain plug, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point, unscrew the oil filter cartridge with the appropriate tool, then replace the filter cartridge with a new original one; screw it in by hand and gently tighten the oil filter, finally topping up with new engine oil.
