Diagnosis and Repair of AdBlue Issues on a Fiat Ducato

The diagnosis revealed three faults: a faulty AdBlue pump, a non-functioning tank level sensor, and a leak from the pipe between the tank and injector. The pump, sensor, and damaged pipe were replaced. After reassembly, a regeneration of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) was performed via road test. The system was tested with diagnostics: the DPF and AdBlue system parameters were within normal limits. The intervention required specific skills and diagnostic tools, which confirmed, after the repair, the absence of errors and correct functioning.
