How to Replace the Electric Window Regulator in the Front Door of a Fiat Grande Punto

To replace an electric window regulator in the front door of a Fiat Grande Punto, fully lower the window and disconnect the battery. Then remove the screws and fixing elements of the inner door panel, carefully prying to release the clips. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the panel. To access the mechanism, remove the internal protective film and locate the glass fixing points. Support the glass, detach it from the mechanism, and lift it until it is secured at the top of the door. Disconnect the motor connector and unscrew the bolts or fixings of the window regulator assembly, then extract it from the door. Insert the new mechanism, secure it in place, and reconnect the motor. Reattach the glass, check its operation, and reassemble the protective film and door panel.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
