Is the interior light bulb blown? Let's see how to remove the light from the 500. Use a screwdriver to pry between the light and the headlining (without damaging the panel), pull the light out from the panel, and disconnect the power connector. Replace the damaged bulb with a new one (same size and voltage). Reconnect the electrical connector (press the transparent plastic with your hands until the tabs lock into the side plastic). Test the interior light's functionality after reassembly by pressing the buttons or the lens.
