Let's see how to diagnose and change a bulb on a classic Fiat 500. First, perform a preliminary check on the fuse box, inspecting the fuses and cleaning any oxidation with spray oil. Gently shake the wiring harness behind the front light units to ensure there are no poor connections. Release the retaining spring of the headlamp, pull the headlamp forward, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the rubber cap, extract the bulb, insert the new one, replace the cap, reconnect the plug, and reposition the headlamp, ensuring the tabs fit into the holes. Finally, secure the retaining spring back in its place.
