On Fiat Ducato and, more generally, also on other Fiat cars, the resistance is located in the area under the dashboard on the passenger side, as shown in the video. With the 5 mm wrench, unscrew the only screw on your left, the only one to keep the resistance fixed. Then press down on the two side tabs and pull down to extract the connector. With a small piece of sandpaper not too coarse, scratch and then clean the contacts of the resistance. Do it patiently and slowly, so that they are really well cleaned. Spray contact spray and put it back on. If the resistor still doesn't work, it means it's burned out and you will need to replace it.
