How to Replace the Auxiliary Belt on a Fiat 500

Before starting, open the rear engine cover of your Fiat 500. Begin by unscrewing and removing the three 10mm bolts that secure the dynamo sprocket cover. Once these three bolts are removed, you can take off the cover by sliding it off the dynamo. At this point, remove the worn auxiliary belt. To fit the new auxiliary belt and close the dynamo sprocket, simply repeat these few steps in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
