The parking sensors on a Fiat Panda are responsible for detecting the presence of objects such as walls or similar obstacles and alerting the driver, who may not be able to see from inside the cabin. These sensors are positioned within the front and rear bumpers, and after detecting any potential obstacles, this signal is transmitted to a control unit, and once it has fully understood the size and distance of the obstacle, it converts this signal into an audible warning via a specific sounder inside, allowing the driver to correct the trajectory and brake when necessary.
