Oil Change for Fiat 500 Gearbox

Lift the car and remove the 12 mm bolt that acts as the plug for the manual gearbox drain hole. Then, unscrew the T6 Torx screw indicated in the video and drain the fluid into a container (dispose of it correctly at a recycling centre). Now, measure the amount of oil drained and, using a pump, refill the same quantity of lubricant into the gearbox. What fluid to use? For the Fiat 500 and 500 Abarth, a 75w-90 is recommended. This is not the simplest operation, but as you can see, you can manage it without going to a garage.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
