Before you start, open the door of your Fiat 500. Begin by prising off and removing the frame of the internal door handle. Next, remove the inserts from the door panel.

Once done, unscrew and remove the screws that secure the door panel to the door itself. This will free the door panel.

After freeing the door panel, disengage it from its housing, then disconnect the electrical connector and the handle cable. The disassembly will be complete.
