Replacing the battery in the key of the Fiat 500, 500L, and other models using the same key is extremely simple, and now you will see how. Locate a small latch on one side of the key casing that you can easily unscrew with a small flat-head screwdriver.

Once the latch is slightly unscrewed, remove the side cover, and the battery holder will come out, which is a CR2032 3 Volt. Remove it and insert a new one that corresponds to the original.

Reverse the process to reassemble the key, and you're done.
