How to Replace the Front Shock Absorber of a Fiat 500

Before you can begin, lift the front end of your Fiat 500. Start by removing the front wheel by unscrewing the securing bolts. Next, using a jack, relieve the tension on the shock absorber by lifting the base. Once done, unscrew and remove the bolts that secure the shock absorber to the hub support and the chassis, then remove the shock absorber itself, and you will have completed the disassembly. To fit the new shock absorber, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
