Replacing the Battery on Fiat Punto

Replacing the battery is a straightforward procedure on almost all car models, including Fiat. With the engine off and the handbrake engaged, lift the bonnet and unscrew (and thus disconnect) the two battery terminals. For safety reasons, always disconnect the negative terminal first before moving on to the positive. At this point, simply unscrew the 13 mm bolt that secures the strap holding the battery in place. Remove the battery and reverse the process for installation. It's that easy!
