First, get inside the vehicle and remove the entire air conditioning fan along with its resistor; once removed, unscrew the securing screws of the resistor, then disconnect its electrical connector to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, you can replace it with the new one, reconnecting everything and applying the reverse procedure!
