In today's tutorial video, see how to remove and replace the timing belt on the Fiat Ducato 2.3 MultiJet, as well as on the Iveco Daily 2.3; the belt should generally be replaced between 100,000 and 150,000 miles: a visual inspection is typically performed after the first mileage indicated. First, remove the serpentine belt by loosening the tensioner; then unscrew the bolt from the crankshaft pulley to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the timing cover and loosen the nut to remove and replace the timing belt, taking all necessary references. The replacement of the water pump is also illustrated later.
