Before you can start, open the front bonnet. This will give you all the space you need.

Begin by removing the heating hoses located behind the fuel tank, simply pulling them out of their housing. Once done, proceed to unscrew and remove the speedometer cable.

After disconnecting the speedometer cable, disconnect all the connectors located behind the dashboard. At this point, you will need to remove the knee bolster.

Returning to the cabin, continue by unscrewing and removing the button bezels, thus removing the buttons themselves. Once the buttons are removed, use a flathead screwdriver to pry out the ashtray.

After this, disassemble the speedometer by removing the two retaining clips located on its underside. When you have removed the speedometer, you can finally take out the dashboard, successfully completing the disassembly.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
