To replace the door lock on the Fiat 126, remove the fabric inner door panel by simply unclipping its fastening clips. This will allow access to the lock from the inside, loosening its screws and lowering the pin. Next, also loosen the screws located on the side of the door with the appropriate tools. When the lock is free from the screws, it can be pulled out from the outside. At this point, replace it by installing a new spare part.
