First, open the front door and start by removing the door panel; then unscrew all the screws to remove it, disconnecting the handle cable.

At this point, remove the window regulator mechanism by unscrewing the screws of the side window brackets; lift and gently extract the glass. Now remove the window regulator mechanism along with the motor, and replace it with the new one!
