How to reset the TPMS warning light on the Fiat Punto

In this mini guide, we will explain how to correctly reset the TPMS sensor installed on the Fiat Punto and consequently how to permanently eliminate the relative warning light. First insert the key and turn on the ignition only. Then locate the control panel on the left side of the dashboard and press the "Set" button. Scroll through the menu by pressing the "+" button and select the "Reset Tires" item. At this point, press the "Set" button twice consecutively so as to confirm the desire to reset the reading data and a moment later the game is done.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge.
