Replacing the Core Plugs on the Fiat Punto 188 1.2 (Fire)

Model: Fiat Punto MK 2, 188 - Years 1999-2011

In this video, you will see the main steps to remove and replace the core plugs on the engine of the Fiat Punto 1.2 8 valve. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the intake manifold cover; then you will find the core plugs at the bottom, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the manifolds to access the core plugs by undoing the nuts on the studs; then use a lever to remove the core plugs, possibly using simple screwdrivers for assistance. Finally, refit the new core plugs, tapping them in until they are properly seated!
