How to Disable the Traction Control on the Fiat 500

The electronic traction control system in the new Fiat 500 is factory activated. It is a fully automatic system that can cut engine power to prevent tyre slip and potential loss of traction. To disable this function, follow the procedure below. Insert the key and start the car. Next, locate the "ASR Off" button situated on the central console (just below the radio) and press it once. At this point, the traction control is off. To reactivate it, press the same button again.
