First, open the front door and begin to remove the door panel; to do this, unscrew the fastening screws located on the sides and next to the speaker (removing it as well), as shown in the video.

Once the door panel is removed, release the lock pin using pliers; remove the cylinder from the outside and replace it with the new one!
