In this short and simple guide, you will see the steps to remove and clean the EGR valve on the Fiat Punto 1.9 JTD. First, open the bonnet of your car and start disconnecting the EGR valve pipe by unscrewing the bolts and disconnecting the electrical connector; use a socket and spanner to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, clean the valve with appropriate degreasers, removing all carbon deposits; replace the EGR valve if damaged, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
