Operation: How do you replace the reverse gear switch on a Fiat Ducato?

In order to replace the reverse gear switch on the Fiat Ducato, you need to open the bonnet so that you can access the components inside the engine compartment. In the upper right part of the latter there will be the air filter box, the pipes connected to it and the fuse box. All the pieces must be removed from their housing by unscrewing the screws in order to access the components in its lower part: the switch can then be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one. After the replacement it will be necessary to assemble all the previously removed components.
