How to Change the Battery of a Fiat 500x Remote Key

Replacing the battery in the remote key is very simple and does not require special precautions. Start by extracting the metal key (commonly referred to as the blade) by pressing the appropriate release tab to free it for removal. Use the blade itself to pry open the gap between the two halves of the remote to separate them: one half contains the electronic circuit while the other holds the battery compartment. Replace the battery, ensuring it is positioned correctly, then reassemble the halves and insert the blade back into its slot.
