A Common Problem on the Panda 169 Where the Headlamps Stop Working

In this video, you will see the common problem with the Fiat Panda version 169, where a design flaw causes a wiring harness that is too tight to melt or burn the connector, easily resulting in the headlamps not functioning. The YouTuber demonstrates how to check if it is possible to use this free solution before purchasing a new connector. First, check that there are no issues with the fuses. They were fine, so check the connector for the headlamps, located above the steering wheel (only 4 screws need to be removed). Notice how tight the headlamp connector is (the same issue may occur with the rear ones). You will see that the pins are misaligned; gently bend them back, ensuring they do not touch each other - this could cause a short circuit - straighten them and then refit the connector. Now the headlamp works. Refit the panels and the problem is resolved.
