To replace the window regulator on the Fiat Grande Punto, loosen the screws that secure the door panel corresponding to its housing: these screws will be located at the bottom of the panel, near the window switch and the internal handle. Once all these screws are removed, you can detach the panel and access the underlying mechanism: this will allow you to unscrew the bolts that secure the mechanism in place and disconnect the connectors attached to it, enabling you to remove and replace it with a new one.
