To replace the external door handle on the Fiat Punto, first detach the inner door panel. Start by removing the speaker cover, which can then be taken off along with the speaker itself. Next, unscrew the bolts located near the inner handle and at the bottom of the panel; this will allow you to completely remove the panel and access the screws securing the external handle from inside the door. You can then pull the part from its housing, disconnecting its connector and inserting a new handle.
