The procedure for replacing the timing belt on the Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD involves opening the hood to access the engine compartment and removing the cover of the left side of the engine block. It will also be necessary to remove the front right wheel, by unscrewing the appropriate bolts, and the corresponding wheel arch. By doing this, it will be possible to access the pulleys and in particular the belt tensioner pulley, which will need to be removed to reduce the tension of the belt itself. The belt can then be removed and replaced with a new spare part, reinserting the removed components.
