To adjust the time on the Fiat Panda, insert the key to turn on the instrument cluster and then press the SET button located on the central control panel. The display will show "Menu" and you will need to navigate within it using the directional arrows next to the SET button.

At this point, select the "Adjust Time" option and modify the hours using the directional arrow buttons, confirming with SET; the same operation should be performed to adjust the minutes. Once the time is set, the instrument cluster can be turned off.
