To adjust the clock of the Fiat Panda, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot. Once it is turned on, you can navigate the menu that appears on the display using the steering wheel controls.

When the "Time" option appears, press the SET button on the central dashboard panel, and the clock will start flashing. You can then adjust it using the arrow buttons on the central dashboard panel before turning off the instrument panel.
