To carry out this operation, you will need access to the rear of your vehicle, particularly the area securing the lights. Open the boot lid to remove the screws securing the light itself. You can then extract the light from the vehicle by pushing it outwards. Disconnect the connectors at the back of the light and make the necessary repairs. If needed, repeat the process on the other side of your vehicle and retrace the steps for reassembly.
