The Fiat Panda model 3, from 2012-2018, contains two fuse boxes. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically under the dashboard on the driver's side, just above the pedal area.

The second fuse box is situated under the front bonnet, near the battery. As shown in the following tutorial video, to access the first fuse box, you need to get into the vehicle and sit in the driver's seat to remove the lower part of the dashboard, allowing free access to the box to replace the fuses if necessary.
