Where is the internal fuse box of the Fiat Panda 3 located?

The Fiat Panda model 3, from 2012-2018, contains two fuse boxes. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically under the dashboard on the driver's side just above the pedals. The second fuse box is located inside the front hood, near the battery. As shown in the following video tutorial, to access the first fuse box we must get inside the vehicle and sit on the driver's seat to remove the lower part of the dashboard and have free access to the box in order to replace the fuses if necessary.
