In this video, we will show you how to remove a spring shock absorber support from a Ford Focus. Position your car on a column lift, loosen the bolts with a socket spanner, and raise it to your preferred height.

Unscrew the bolts and remove the wheel, then start unscrewing the bolts securing the shock absorber and detach it using a hammer. Once the shock absorber is removed from the vehicle body, disassemble it using a suitable spring compressor.

Refit the shock absorber with the new spring support. Prepare to install the piece back onto the vehicle by reversing the process.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
