How to Remove a Spring Support on a Ford Focus

In this video, we will show you how to remove a spring shock absorber support from a Ford Focus. Position your car on a column lift, loosen the bolts with a socket spanner, and raise it to your preferred height. Unscrew the bolts and remove the wheel, then start unscrewing the bolts securing the shock absorber and detach it using a hammer. Once the shock absorber is removed from the vehicle body, disassemble it using a suitable spring compressor. Refit the shock absorber with the new spring support. Prepare to install the piece back onto the vehicle by reversing the process.
