In this video, we will see how to remove the injector of a Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi MK7: first, we will need to remove the injector pipes using a 17 mm wrench, loosening them and then removing them by hand: we will first loosen the nut that goes to the rail, and then the one that goes to the injector: fuel may come out, so it is advisable to place a cloth to absorb the leakage. We then remove the connector, and the fixing clip that holds the return pipe, with a flat head screwdriver; we now remove the return pipe (to which, when reassembling, we will need to change the gasket). When removing the injectors, we will also need to change all the gaskets, which are part of a kit. Now we need to remove the injector bracket, and then the injector itself, using a lever and lifting it slowly.
