In this tutorial we can see how to adjust the side door on the Ford Transit van, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, we open the door itself, then we locate the two bolts of the front lower hinge and loosen them using a 10mm socket wrench. We then pull the door towards us as much as possible, tighten the bolts and check that it slides smoothly. We then move to the rear of the door, locate the adjustment nut and, with a 12mm wrench, tighten or loosen it until the lock aligns with the appropriate hook.
