In this tutorial we can see how to replace the gear knob in the Ford Ranger pick-up, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, go inside the cabin, then locate the slot near the base of the knob, insert a small flat-head screwdriver into it and, levering, unclip the cover. Next, unscrew the bolt just released with a Torx key, grab the knob and separate it from the shaft. At this point, all that remains is to position the replacement and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
