In this video, we see how to adjust the handbrake of a 2015 Ford Ecosport: we need to pull up the gear shift boot so that we can remove the center console, which allows us to access the handbrake adjustment. Removing the console is not difficult, as it is all pressure-fit, just be gentle to avoid breaking anything. Then, with a 10 mm extension key, we reach the screw that adjusts the tension of the handbrake cable: remember that the handbrake should not go beyond three or four notches at most, so if it goes higher, we need to tighten it accordingly. Once we achieve our goal, we can put everything back in place.
