In this tutorial we can see how to adjust the handbrake in the Ford Kuga, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, park the car on a flat surface with the first gear engaged, then open the glove compartment located under the armrest and remove the plastic cover from the front wall of the compartment. Next, locate the indicated nut, unscrew it with a 13mm socket wrench, and using the same wrench, tighten the second nut until reaching the desired tension level. At this point, all that remains is to put everything back together and test the new adjustment on a suitable road.
