How to replace the brake pads and discs of the Ford Transit

To replace the worn brake pads of the Ford Transit mk7, it is necessary to park the vehicle on a flat surface, engage the handbrake, and lift the car with a jack. To access the brake discs, it is necessary to remove the front wheel on the passenger side. The cost of the pads may vary depending on the brand and model of the vehicle but never exceeds 60 per axle, while the cost of labor varies depending on the services offered by the workshop. To replace the pads, we need to insert a flathead screwdriver inside the caliper to push it outwards and unscrew it with a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the old pads and insert the new ones, greasing them before. Put the caliper back in position and screw the bolts back in.
