Replacement of the rear brake discs of the Ford Transit Custom

In this short and simple guide, we will see how to disassemble and replace the rear brake discs of the Ford Transit Custom. First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the rear wheel; then unscrew the fixing screws of the rear brake caliper, in order to remove it from the support, as shown in the video. At this point, also remove the old brake pads, cleaning the caliper from any residual dirt; then install the new original brake pads, pressing on the caliper piston to correctly reassemble it along with the brake caliper!
