How to reset the service light of the automatic Transit Tourneo

This procedure is specific to the latest generation Ford Transit Tourneo with automatic transmission and start button. We turn on the instrument panel, and we will see the service light. We use the "ok" button to scroll through the messages, access the menu with the appropriate button, and navigate until we reach "vehicle maintenance." We select "oil life," which we will see with a low percentage. We turn off the vehicle and press and hold the accelerator pedal; while keeping it pressed, we turn the ignition back on and also press the brake pedal immediately. We maintain this position for 10/15 seconds. We will see lights flashing and messages scrolling. At the end of the set time, we release the pedals, press the menu button, and return to "vehicle maintenance/oil life," and the percentage is now 100%. We turn off the vehicle.
