How to Remove the Rear Light of a Ford Fiesta

Model: Ford Fiesta Fiesta 6, MK 6, MK VI - Years 2008-2017

To remove the rear light of a Ford Fiesta, open the boot lid. On the outer side of the light, locate the visible fixing screws along the edge of the bodywork and unscrew them with a Torx spanner. Remove any plastic covers if present. Once the screws are removed, grasp the light unit from the outside and pull it towards you in a linear motion to disengage the locating pins inserted into the bodywork. When the light is free, disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the locking tab. The light is now removed. For reassembly, connect the connector, insert the pins into their seats, and re-tighten the fixing screws.
