Let's see how connectivity works on the Ford Transit Custom: turn on the "sync" system by selecting the "settings" icon from the multimedia screen. Look for the "connected vehicle" option; set all switches to "on" as shown in the video and enable the Wi-Fi hotspot, sharing data with Ford, and locating the GPS. It is advisable to download the FordPass app on your smartphone and follow the instructions to link your vehicle by entering the VIN code. In the FordPass app, check that the vehicle is online and displays data such as: fuel level, GPS position, door lock status. The Transit Custom has an integrated Ford SIM for connectivity, so ensure you are in an area with coverage.
