In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the fuel filler flap on a Ford Transit van, an extremely simple and quick operation. First, open both the driver's door and the flap itself, then unscrew the indicated screw with a Torx T25 key, unclip the lower cover, and continue by unscrewing the two screws just freed. Next, detach the entire plastic support from the bodywork, removing the lower base if necessary, position the replacement part, and reassemble everything by simply following the reverse procedure.
