Replacing the Key Fob Battery for a Ford Focus

Below are the steps to disassemble and replace the battery of the key fob for a Ford Focus. First, take your key fob and start by removing the rear cover and the physical key inside it. Next, leverage the side slot to open the fob into two parts, gaining access to the circuit board and the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type and same specification; reassemble the key fob!
