How to Adjust and Remove the Handbrake Lever of a Ford Fiesta

This video shows how to adjust and remove the handbrake lever of a Ford Fiesta. Use a screwdriver to remove the cover under the armrest (if available), then unscrew the plastic armrest with a socket wrench. Once the piece is removed, unscrew (with a socket wrench or screwdriver with a bit) the securing nuts of the centre tunnel under the handbrake lever. Once the handbrake lever is free, adjust the lever by loosening or tightening the pins. Finally, refit the cover and all associated parts in reverse order.
